It features an Afimilk control system and Waikato plant. Various innovative features are embedded in the design. The building and yards in partcicular have been designed with a lot of thought and forsight. The dairy is being build by Cowhouse Construction Ltd and designed through combining team expertise between The owner, Cowhouse Ltd , and Cowhouse Construction Ltd.
