The Dairry House™ was designed and developed by a joint commitment between NZ based CW Group Ltd and Cowhouse Ltd The Cottle family (CW group) and Harmen Heesen (Cowhouse Ltd) worked hard at creating a very suitable structure for NZ dairy housing purposes.

The objective of the structure is to provide most of the benefits of a full steel roof structure and more benefits than a say converted tunnel house .
Additionally the structure is a very fast build which increases the time line between planning work and the onset of winter.
